What happens at the first consultation?

Once you have made an appointment I will send to you via email a health questionnaire which will assist me in understanding your health concerns. Once we meet I will undertake a full medical history and take details of the issues that you want to be helped with. By ensuring that I have a full understanding of your medical past I can ensure that the correct treatment pathway is started. All treatment options are discussed with you along with anything you need to be aware of during the treatment phase such as foods to avoid and how to store remedies.

I always keep a supply of remedies so you can be assured that you will be able to start effective treatment as soon as our appointment is concluded.  The first appointment is the longest as I need to ensure you get the appropriate help, the average time for this appointment is between 1 and 1 and half hours.

Follow up Consultations

These appointments usually take between 30-40 minutes and the timescale of these is based upon the condition you have, however, if there is any concern, then you can always contact me prior to our arranged appointment time. At these appointments we will discuss the changes in your condition and if needed alter any remedy regime. Some conditions will start to show signs of improvement in a very short time whilst other issues will take longer to work, at all times you are welcome to contact me to discuss your issues and conditions.

Please be aware that your symptoms may become worse, or you may have a return of old symptoms, during your initial remedy. This is where your body is trying to rebalance itself after years of suppression through prescription drugs or over the counter preparations.

Telephone Consultation

To ensure that you do not miss out on accessing homeopathic treatment, I will also under special circumstances undertake telephone consultations (at a charge of £10 per 15 mins. max 30 mins). Any remedies that you need will be posted out by recorded delivery once payment is received via Paypal. Information will be given at the time of consultation.

First Aid and Acute Situations

I can help with minor injuries bruising, nose bleeds, strained or torn muscles. These appointments are single consultations and you will have the remedies to take away with you. Anything more serious than this should be seen at an Accident and Emergency department for your safety. After emergency treatment has been received, Homeopathy can help with the rest of your healing process, such as promoting broken bones to repair quickly and to deal with the shock and trauma of an accident. The list is endless!

Childhood Ailments

If you are a parent with a child going through tonsillitis, measles, chicken pox, mumps or any of the other many ailments that children have to face then I will ensure that I fit you in with an emergency appointment as nothing is worse than seeing your child suffer through needless pain and discomfort.

Fees

Single Consultation: £50.00

Block of three consultations: £135 (Save £15)

Remedies £5 each

Cheque or cash accepted (Any returned cheques will be charged at face value plus 50%)

Cancellations

If for any reason you find you cannot make an appointment please telephone or email me giving 48 hours notice as otherwise you will be charged for the missed consultation.
